‘Creating the Conditions for Transformational Learning©’

The ‘Creating the Conditions for Change©’ approach is partly about transformational learning. In lecturing, tutoring and training practices, it becomes ‘Creating the Conditions for Transformational Learning©’. As individuals, there is scope to increase our capacity for transformational learning, especially our receptivity to take our learning to a different level. Development of the individual is key, especially the sources of our motivations, how we make meaning of things, how we self-regulate, our expectations and values and the willingness and ability to challenge ourselves to learn deeply and effectively, even when that might feel uncomfortable.
